Adding stretch points... some assistance needed

When you say more inclined bench, you mean more straight-up than level, right? I did try them, but I didn't feel much of a stretch in my biceps. I'll try them tommorow. And J-repping them... lol. I've been calling that method "21s" for about forever so theres no need for this new...

Adding stretch points... some assistance needed

Wow, let me tell you what, my arms felt crazy during PT. Triceps were sore as ####! I must need to work on my form for biceps, they didn't feel the same, and I assume it's because of incorrect form. I held my skullcrushers in the stretched position a bit more, so maybe that's it. I didn't feel a...

Adding stretch points... some assistance needed

So just get some Dbs, go to an incline bench, let my arms hang straight down, curl it up, slowly lower it and really feel the stretch, repeat until I feel like stopping? Then move on to skullcrushers and do the same thing?

How many lb to notice a differrence

If you still have room to increase the weights, why not keep doing so? You say the weight was far too light on your last workout of your 5s, so just keep going on through the weeks, no need to keep doing your 5rms if they are too light! Keep on increasing the weight until your body tells you to...

    UD2 on >15%??

The UD2.0 requires specific workouts, UD2 does not, if you still want to do an HST routine, try another cycled diet, like a vanilla CKD. Or, you could just do the UD2.0, it's a ton of commitment, but it would still work, the point is, other stuff would work too, if you are such a high BF%.

    Hyperthophy in Lower Arm

I use straps for lots of stuff (lat pulldowns, hammer strength rows, SLDL) because my gym doesn't have chalk (or allow it), but what I'm probably gonna do next quarter is get some chalk (like rock climbing chalk, in a bag) to use instead of all the strapping, because I'd like my forearms to grow...

    HST Cycle

Looks fine. That's what I did for my first cycle (ongoing), just pick a bunch of compound exercises and some isos and go by the HST principles. For my next cycle, though, I'm gonna follow Vicious's Pimped HST plan, involving layering the more advanced techniques on top of some basic exercises.
