    Add set when equipment does not allow you to increase weight

    Im suppoused to increse 1 kg when working on my shoulders (shoulder press) and 1.5 kg when working on my triceps. for example today i worked with 17.5 per dumble, in two days im suppoded to lift 18. In the gym its 10,12.5, 15, 17.5, 20 etc'. I can take the 17.5 again - but then i miss the...

    Mentally speaking, the calculation of the work program on HST is hard to for me feel comfortable with. The 15s block ends and then the 10s block begin. In the first week i supposed to lift less then then in the second week of the 15s. If i can take the max RM15 wight, its pretty easy to lift...
