    I agree- besides, 12oz of grape juice is a LOT of concentrated cals- are you bulking? If not, you might try reducing to 4-6oz of juice for each 5gm. And, you could try switching juices.

    I use it occasionally, but I focus on flaxseed meal- 1-1.5 tablespoons/day in my oat bran,and I'm in heaven ;) I prefer the meal for the fiber, but that's me. I don't take fish oil, as I'm a vegetarian. Jake

    Ian, try looking *out* (as in looking at a distant object on the horizon). If you look *up*, you'll risk hyperextending your back (not to mention putting excess strain on your neck). You should feel SLDLs in your hammies, not your lower back.
