    Maca, at least on paper, seems to be a good libido booster. I've tried it and didn't notice anything, but maybe I'm underdosing. The reason I still find it intriguing is (a) lots of studies demonstrating efficacy and (b) it seems to work through non-hormonal pathways.

    I tried it, at a pretty low dose (2 caps/day), and noticed some leaning out and heightened libido. But it wasn't a stong test -- I was just polishing off the remainer of a bottle I'd used coming off a PH cycle. Only lasted a couple weeks at most. I've ordered more to take alone.

    This is a very interesting question. I've often wondered if there are supplement that confer some benefit (like less soreness) but actually retard muscle hypertrophy. I tried LCLT recently. The fishy taste isn't really a problem. I did notice getting sore after I stopped taking it though.
