    Adding sets for chest

    u can increase the frequency and volume, like instead of hitting it 3x/wk u can do it 4-5 times, if you can. for 10's you can do 2 sets of incline bench one day, 2 sets of dips the next. i saw some improvement in my chest by adding a few more sets and working out more frequently during the week.

    really? 45 min only? but what about during 5's when you have to rest a bit longer to recover properly? also you have to maintain volume right? or do you guys just stick to compounds during the heavy, low-rep stages? tnx :D

    Protein Shakes And Nutrition

    replacing your meals with a protein shake isnt really the way to go. after all, they are just considered 'supplements'. meal replacement powders would probably be a better choice. but nothing beats real clean food. they taste better too.
