Routine A:
Squats
Leg Curl
Dips
Chins
Clean and press
EZ bar curl
Lying Triceps Press
Standing calf raise
Routine B:
Leg press
SL Deadlift
Olympic bar chest press
Cable Row
Military Press
Scott BB curl
Triceps Pushdown
Seated calf raise...
As I told on the results post I've gained 18 lbs on my 1st cycle, and i'm currently SDing and setting up the 2nd cycle.
It's going to be a 3 day training and i want to alternate between 2 different workouts, so the microcycles would be:
Day 1 -> Routine A
Day 2 -> Routine B
Day 3 ->...
Well, I've just finished my first cicle and I've gained 18 lbs with bf remaining pretty much the same (still use he same belt hole LOL).
I didn't take any mesaurements before and after but I'm definitely bigger and stronger, for example i've passed in leg press @ 5 reps from 440 to 528 lbs...
