    Looking to lose fat

    Anyone have any ideas realted to this. I want to use HST if possible. Maybe incorporate cardio. I really need info. as it relates to eating (timing, composition, etc...) and things like that.

    Well, is it mass or toning? If it is mass, then follow the HST principles and add some iso for the triceps. If it is toning, then you need to lose the fat around the muscle.

    I workout at home usually at night (around 7:30). I usually eat dinner around 60 - 6:30. I have a light protein shake 10-125 minutes before workout. Then afterwards I have a larger protein shake. My question(s) - should I be having the larger shake before workout and the small one after...

    I postd something similar to this on the workout board a few months ago and the consensus there was 1.5 grams per pound. At the time I was getting 1 gram per pound. Everyone seemed to think I wasn't getting enough protein.

    Cool. I weigh 215 and have ben getting about 300-350 grams of protein in the first 24 hours. The next 12 hours I still try to get a decent amount, but not at the same level as the day before. After that I cut it back to the equivilent of 1 gram pe pound. For example I lift on Friday night...

    I actually just started taking melotonin. I take one tablet (I think it said it was 30 mcg) about 15 minutes before bed. It helps me sleep fairly well. I hope I am attaining a deep level of sleep with it. I don't know how you would know though without gong to a sleep clinic. I work for...

    I don't have a problem fallng asleep, but staying asleep. I wake up 3-5 times per night. Any suggestions as to a supplement that can help and what exactly it does?
