Prep for my multiply debut in Dec has started, and being coached by one of the UKs top Multiply lifters,and one of my training partners has just totalled 1000kg at the Irish pro powerlifitng comp as multiply U125 lifter and as natural so I'm hoping I'm in good hands and can soak up some good...

Did some light box squats tonight, and return of the back pain/cramping in the low bar position. At this rate I'll have to compete with a high bar squat
