I am eagerly awaiting the start of my 1st HST cycle Monday. I have a few questions:
1. For chest; is it better to do flat or incline presses? Also, better to do barbell or DBs? I am also planning to do weighted dips.
2. Is one shoulder movement sufficient? I am planning to do seated BB...

I was actually planning to do 1 set of 15's, 2 sets of 10's and 3 sets of 5's - that would put me at 15/20/15 reps.

One more question: for the 15's, is one set sufficient or should I perform two sets? I have seen some posts where folks advocate 2 sets per exercise.
