    New TO HST - 1st Routine

    Makes sense Bob, thanks. I was actually planning to do 1 set of 15's, 2 sets of 10's and 3 sets of 5's - that would put me at 15/20/15 reps. If I find 3 sets of 5's is too much, I can always scale back to two sets. Thanks for your help.

    Thanks for the input. One more question: for the 15's, is one set sufficient or should I perform two sets? I have seen some posts where folks advocate 2 sets per exercise.
