you need to watch your saturated fat intake more than your cholesterol intake. Your body will make much cholesterol from that than what you are eating anyways....
If I were you I would find the cheapest protein I could find and call it a day. Muscle milk is not going to do anything for you that the protein you could buy from Wal-Mart couldn't do either....

I used to think the same way that you did, until I realized that eating 5 or 6 or 7 or however many meals in a day doesn't really matter that much. Just make sure you are getting the calories in other times during the day and you will be fine.
well, if your main priority is losing weight then you need to be keeping calories low while weight lifting and doing cardio. All things you should know already if you are about to be a personal trainer.... :confused:
