Hello Everyone...first time posting here. I'm a 39 y/o male, been actively lifting for several years, mostly following the Heavy Duty type workout. I'm convinced now that the HST training is the direction I want to go. I have just one question right now. I have been off from lifting for a week due to obligations at home..prior to that I have been at it for almost a year without a break. I have 15 rep maxes already from my prior routine. Anyone have a formula for figuring 10 and 5 reps maxes from your 15 rep max?? I really didn't want to take a week to figure them..then take another week off for SD. I know there are formulas for figuring 1RM based on other RM's. Any input would be appreciated. I am really looking forwards to starting this training.

Add 20% to your 15RM to estimate your 10RM.
Add 15% to your 10RM to estimate your 5RM.

Good luck, buddy.

Thanks a lot...I kinda figured that would be the ranges that I was looking at. If nothing else it will give me a good base line to get started.
