Please critique routine

Trying to increse my strength on some core lifts. I came together with this its a bit similar to Rippetoe's workout.
A
Squat ramping to top set of 10
Bench 5 sets of 5 at same weight
Row 5 sets of five at same weight

B
Squat ramping to top set of 10
OH Press 5 sets of 5 at same weight
Dip 5 sets of 5 at same weight
Chins 5 sets of 5 at same weight

Ill try and avoid failure until perhaps the last set.

Alternating A and B through Monday, Wednesday, Friday

From what I am reading, you are not progressing at all? Do you want hypertrophy or strength? If strength is your main goal, then you should go with a 5 x 5 routine.
 
Why are you squatting sets of 10 instead of sets of 5?
 
Why are deads not in your routine?

This is getting to be a bit like the Spanish Inquisition!
