out for hockey season due to injury, need advise

im 16, in really good shape cardio wise, i play hockey and it is my life. i have never been as strong and muscular as i want to be. 6 weeks ago i tore my ACL in my knee, and i will be out for this entire varsity hockey season. last year i wanted to work out on the off season every day but i got lazy and such. now i am serious about it, i want to lift every day or every other day, only thing is i wont be able to substitute cardio in due to my knee injury. i have the body for lifting, i have a big chest and big arms but not so much muscle. i want to get very muscular becasue it will make me an all around ebtter hockey player. let me kno what i can do and such.
