i will use 100k 15s,  115k 10s, 130k 5s, as an example
this is the way recomended by hst that i have read.
a)75,80,85,90,95,100,.. 90,95,100,105,110,115,...105,110,115,120,125,130,
but if the starting weights could be to light here is some more
b)alternatives 90,90,95,95,100,100,..105,105,110,110,115,115,..120,120,125,125,130,130, you are doing the same weight twice.
c)84,86,88,90,95,100,...98,100,102,105,110,115,...114,116,118,120,125,130,..starts of with heavier weights and smaller increments,
d)90,92,94,96,98,100..105,107,109,111,113,115,...120,122,124,126,128,130,..smaller increments....could it be starting to near maximum weight. and would the increments be to small.
e)86,88,92,94,98,100,...101,103,107,109,113,115,...116,118,122,124,128,130,..one large one small increment
which do you think is best.......................................also when i do negatives or another week of 5s is it a good idea to do a drop set on each exercise..apreciate any responces

I prefer larger increments and if needed duplicate the weight. JMO.

Yes, add drops or high rep sets after your heavy workload in the last week of 5's and in your negs.

thanks again dkm..i will use option b) on my next cycle..i did not sd before starting this (my first) cycle because of holidays, it would have meant i only had a 4 week cycle,.....so i decided to give it a go without an sd,i must admitt even without an sd i have lost some fat and i look bigger, not massive gains but some......it was good to get the feel of the hst routine, which i think is great,no joint aches no overtiredness no boredom..its good to know exactly what your routine and weights are going to be for so many weeks..and i am looking forward to having an sd.....
my next cycle which you could probably say is my first is going to be,

15s one working set (2 weeks)
10s two working sets (2 weeks)
5s three working sets (2 weeks)
5s max weight, and drop set on 3rd set (1 week)
negatives and drop set on 3rd set (1 week)

squats
db bench (slight incline)
lat pulldowns
db shoulder presses
rows (on machine)
rear laterals (on machine)
seated hammer curls
tricep pressdowns
standing calf raises(on machine)
crunches
i will stick with this as long as i keep improving when i stop making progress iwill change either exercises, cycle length,sd length, there are so many options...and with the help of people like dkm and og and others, even more options..........please critic routine starting in a few weeks
:D
