please help with nutrition...

ok let me tell you my goals:
1) to lose about 20 lbs of FAT (most if not all on my waistline)
2) get cut/lean, with defined musculature BUT NOT bulky.
i am 5'7" and currently weigh 160.
what do you suggest in terms of nutrition in order for me to meet my goals?
i will be doing HST training on M-W-F and cardio on T-Th.
what should my caloric intake be (same every day? or different depending on workout days vs. cardio days vd. "off" days?)
how many grams of protein should i consume each day? again, will this be different depending on day?
any help would be MUCH appreciated.
 
You diet should consist about 30% good fat, 30-35% protein and 35-40% with carbs.

Your weekly amount of calories should be around -3500 kcal so about -500 per day. Of course the amount of calories is more important with longer time span. So you can easily eat more on training days and less on other days. Alltogether try to maintain the formula of 2 grams protein/ one kilogram of bodyweigh. 1kg = 2,2 lbs. Remember to eat every forthnight over your caloric requirements. This will prevent you body to minimize your catasbolism. But don`t eat unhealthy food, eat just big

Great source of pritein is low fat cottage cheese. dang great and healthy. Keep up the good work!
