    Havent worked out in 2 months :)

    I know I know..ive been bad with my training. and Ive lost a lot of size about 5 to 10 lbs of it to be exact. IM about 5 6 155-160 now. should I do a normal Hst routine to get back into it...or try something different to get my strengh up..or is hst the way to go? thanks guys
